They can include test reports, certificates, safety manuals, label images, CE/DoC evidence, Responsible Person details, SDS, and manufacturer information — depending on product type and marketplace.

Why does Amazon ask for product compliance documents?+

Amazon's marketplace compliance workflows require sellers to provide evidence that products meet applicable regulations, including GPSR, CE directives, and product-safety rules. Requests can be triggered by product category, marketplace, Account Health reviews, or compliance verification programs.

What happens if compliance documents are rejected?+

If submitted documents are rejected, the listing may remain inactive or suppressed until compliant evidence is provided. Listara helps identify which evidence appears missing, weak, or mismatched before you submit — so you can fix the right gaps first.

Does Amazon require a Declaration of Conformity?+
