Sub-processors

Service providers Listara may use to host, process, store, automate, analyze, or deliver customer workflows.
1. Overview
In the current pilot validation setup, Listara uses selected service providers to operate the website, store data, send emails, process workflows, support AI-assisted reviews, and provide customer communication.
Where these providers process personal data on behalf of Listara or Listara customers, they may act as sub-processors.
PostHog, Upstash, payment processors, Airtable, and Sentry are not active production sub-processors in the current pilot validation setup.
2. Sub-processor list
The following list describes the current pilot-stack processing.

3. Changes to sub-processors
We may update this list from time to time. Where required by contract or applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
4. Security and contracts
We aim to use providers that offer appropriate security, confidentiality, and data protection commitments for their role.
Where required, Listara enters into data processing or equivalent contractual arrangements with sub-processors.
