Is this an official compliance approval?
No. Listara is a diagnostic and operational readiness tool. It does not provide legal advice, official approval, lab testing, or EU Responsible Person services.
What does the free preview actually check?
The free preview checks visible public listing signals on up to 10 product URLs or Amazon ASINs — such as manufacturer information, Responsible Person indicators, product identifiers, and safety or warning information. It does not verify your internal documents.
Why do you require email and shop URL?
The report is generated asynchronously and sent by email. The shop URL helps identify the seller context and prevents duplicate free-use abuse.
What do you need for the paid review?
Usually an ASIN/SKU export, target marketplaces, existing DoCs, test reports, SDS files, manuals, packaging or label photos, manufacturer/RP details, and any Account Health or rejection screenshots.
Can this fix my Amazon submission automatically?
Not in the current version. The product identifies missing or weak evidence and gives you a prioritized remediation queue. Upload automation or SP-API workflows can follow.
Do you act as my EU Responsible Person?
No. If you need an RP, lab, or legal advisor, Listara can help prepare a clean evidence package before you speak to a specialist.
Is this only for Amazon?
The primary focus is Amazon EU. The free preview can also check Etsy or Shopify URLs, but the deepest value is Amazon ASIN and SKU evidence readiness.
Is the paid review just a PDF?
No. The PDF or CSV export is only an output. The core value is the SKU-level evidence workspace: documents mapped to SKUs, listing signals, evidence gaps, mismatch flags, priorities, and next actions. PDF and CSV are export formats, not the product.
Does Listara only check GPSR?
The free preview checks visible public product-safety signals. In the paid review, depending on product type, Listara can structure evidence related to GPSR, CE, DoCs, SDS, test reports, warnings, battery/electronics/toy/cosmetics/chemical indicators, EPR, and other product-safety evidence categories.
